Wednesday, October 21 | Downtown Wood River

We're getting ready for one of our favorite community outreach events of the year! We'll be giving away FREE hot dogs and water, offering prayer, and connecting with families throughout our community.

We've already got a great group of volunteers signed up, but EVERYONE is welcome to help! You do NOT have to sign up in advance.

⏰ Here's the schedule:

• 3:00 PM: Setup begins. Meet at FCCWR if you'd like to help get everything ready.
• 5:00 PM: Main volunteer arrival at our tents, located at First & Ferguson, at the future Jewel Ice Cream location.
• 6:00–8:00 PM: Free hot dogs, water, prayer, and community outreach.
• After 8:00 PM: Cleanup and packing up. Extra hands are always appreciated!

🙌 There's something for everyone!

Whether you want to cook, wrap hot dogs, serve food, hand out invitations, visit with families, pray with people, move supplies, or help clean up, we can use you!

Can't stand for long periods? Can't lift heavy things? No problem! There are plenty of ways to serve, including opportunities to sit and visit with people.

🚗 Parking: Please park at the church. Our tents are just one block downhill at First & Ferguson.

👕 What to wear: Wear an FCCWR shirt if you have one, or just come dressed comfortably.

❤️ Come when you can, stay as long as you can, and leave when you need to!

Even 30 minutes of your time can make a difference. No sign-up required.

Let's show Wood River the love of Jesus, one hot dog and one conversation at a time!
